2001年よりVJ活動開始。3DCGエフェクトを中心に、オーディエンスをスペーストリップさせるヴァーチャル宇宙空間の創造がコンセプトで、ダブルミキサーを駆使した独特のロングMIXは唯一無二。シーン屈指のクォリティを誇り、ストーリー性を重視した世界観には定評がある。同年にTURBULENCEを立ち上げ、ディレクター兼VJとして、MENOG、SPECTRA、などのポルトガルアーティストを招聘し、プロデュース及び全VFXを担当。また、SOLSTICE MUSIC、ASTRO-BASE、PRIMITIVE、UNITED、ETERNAL DREAM、NEW DIMENSION、EARTH ENERGY、BRAIN BUSTERSなど、ビックパーティ常連のVJとしても名を馳せている。
メジャーシーンでの活躍もめざましく、Paul Frank、SUPREME Modeling Agency、Nuts Night、Ray Nightなどのファッションショーに加え、今井絵理子のコンサートLIVE「elly live Neverland 2006」や、「Disney Channel Music Party 2007」などでもVJを務めている。その他、SEGAでCGエフェクトデザイナーとして活躍していた経歴なども持ち、現在はアートディレクターとしてMusic Video、CM、TV番組のデザインなどを手掛けている。

SIDE-SEVEN started his career as a VJ in 2001. Using his specialty, 3DCG, he lets everybody on the dance floor fly into outer space. The essential concept of his visuals is to create virtual space, which cannot be seen on this planet. The virtual world he creates always keeps its consistency throughout his set and has always been well acknowledged by the audience.
As one of main men and a resident VJ, SIDE-SEVEN has been taking charge of all the VFX at Turbulence parties. He has invited big-time psychedelic trance artists such as MENOG and SPECTRA from Portugal. He’s been regularly booked for numerous big psychedelic trance parties organized by big-names such as SOLSTICE MUSIC, ASTRO-BASE, PRIMITIVE, UNITED, ETERNAL DREAM, NEW DIMENSION, and EARTH ENERGY.
Besides his celebrity in the underground party scene, his success in the major scene is also remarkable. He was booked for different kinds of commercial events such as Paul Frank reception party and fashion shows like SUPREME Modeling Agency, Nuts Night, and Ray Night. Furthermore, he worked as the top VFX manager not only for a big concert: “elly live 2006 Neverland.” He also worked as a VJ at the “Disney Channel Music Party 2007.”
Meanwhile, he has an experience in working as a CG effect designer for one of the biggest video game companies in Japan. In other words, his talent is not limited only in VJing; he can play as a VJ, creating CG, designing art pieces and websites as well… He is, no doubt, an all-rounder in digital media.
